| Message | Assalamualaikum and Good Day,
As you all know, there will be a PSM Final presentation seminar on 25th March 2009 starts at 2.00p.m. The location and panels details will be uploaded in e-notes on Tuesday 24th March 2009 (need to get confirmation from certain lecturers involved). You are required to meet your supervisor for approval on your presentation materials before 25th March 2009.
The total time for presentation is 25 minutes for each candidate, which is, 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session. You can refer to final presentation evaluation form attached in e-notes for items to be assessed. You may present briefly on the objective, scope and methodology but please FOCUS more on the Results & Discussion and Conclusion & Recommendation parts.
Generally, the objective of proposal presentation seminar is to ensure that candidates are able to present and discuss their experimental results and perform the correct justification of their findings.
Below are list of regulations during the proposal presentation:
1. The seminar starts at 2.00p.m; you must come to the seminar room earlier to set up the LCD projector and also the computer.
2. You are not allowed to leave the seminar room until the seminar ended. (ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN 2 TIMES; i.e: seminarýs start and seminarýs end)
3. You must hand over a hard copy of your slide to all panels.
4. Make sure you to bring along your logbook during the seminar as you need to write down all comments from panels for any correction on your dissertation writing.
